Power outage in Acadia Parish, about 1,000 customers affected

ACADIA PARISH, La. (KLFY) -- After storms blew through Acadiana, over 1,000 people in Acadia Parish are without electicity.
According to the Louisiana Power Outage map, 1,009 out of the 14,926 customers of Southwest Louisiana EMC were without power as of 2 p.m.
No other parish had significant outages, according to the map.
