Tyler Miraye (@tylermiraye) has over 45,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares self-care tips.

The beauty guru revealed a homemade haircare treatment that she swears by for hair growth.

“Let’s make a deep conditioner using avocado,” she said.

“So first, you’re going to chop up your avocado and put it inside the blender.

“Add avocado oil, jojoba oil, I’m going to mix in a little bit of rosemary oil and peppermint oil.

“And then for consistency, we’re going to add your favorite conditioner and blend it up.”

She opted to use Carol’s Daughter Born To Repair Nourishing Conditioner, which costs $11 on Amazon.

The sulfate-free haircare product for curly hair has a 4.5-star rating from customers.

Tyler showed that the mixture of ingredients became a smooth green consistency after blending.

“Avocados are rich in vitamin B and vitamin E, which moisturizes your hair on the cellular level,” she said.

“Not only that it revitalizes your hair and prevents dandruff.

“You’re going to put the mask all over your hair after you’ve shampooed and you’re going to leave it on for 20 minutes.”

She used her hands to apply the mask from the tips of her strands to the roots.

“Once you rinse it out, your curls should be popping,” she said.

“Your hair should feel really good.”

Having shown how the mask transformed her locks, Tyler penned a lengthy caption sharing the benefits of each ingredient.

“This deep conditioner is packed with soooo many great things,” she said.

“So if you have a few avocados lying around you have to try this!

“If you don’t have the oils listed in the video, a great substitute could be olive oil or even coconut oil.
