UEFA launches carbon footprint calculator for clubs
March 7 – UEFA has launched a carbon footprint calculator to help clubs lower their emissions.
The calculator – two years in the making and a collaborative effort involving more than 20 football organisations as well as third-party advisors – is designed to help clubs understand their emissions, not only from flights.
Launched at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on Wednesday and available to all European clubs, the calculator will assess carbon emissions from football-specific areas such as travel,
