Credit bureau CRIF Highmark reports that women have borrowed at a faster pace than men in 2023, with the portfolio outstanding of women borrowers growing by 19% to Rs30.95 lakh crore. The number of women borrowers with active loans increased by 17.8% to 7.83 crore, while men borrowers' active loans increased by 13.1% to 20.17 crore.
