Coronation Street exit for child star revealed as character plots move abroad
ELIZA Woodrow has been desperate to bond with her estranged father Dom Everett for several months.
In upcoming scenes, the young girl decides to leave Coronation Street to go to Germany – but will Stu follow?
Dom Everett (portrayed by Darren Morfitt) agreed to take £10k from Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows) to stay away from his own daughter Eliza Woodrow (Savannah Kunyo).
Eliza tried to reconnect with her father following her mother Bridget’s incarceration for murder but she has no clue Dom felt in over his head while taking care of her, thus prompting him to keep his distance.
She also has no idea that Dom agreed to be paid off by Stu to stay away from her.
However, Dom recently rocked up the ITV cobbles to give Stu his money back and, in scenes airing next week, the Speed Daal chef tells his partner Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) what he wants to do with the cash.
Stu decides to put the £10k into trust for Eliza’s future but in a surprise twist, the young girl finds the envelope containing the money in his coat pocket, together with a note reading “I’m sorry I let Eliza down.”
As Eliza and Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) look at him expectantly, Stu’s heart sinks.
In later scenes, Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan), Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) and Eliza manage to track down Dom to the Chariot Square Hotel bar.
Eliza later calls at Speed Daal with Dom in tow and, with Stu and Yasmeen present, she tells her father that she’s not prepared to lose him again.
Much to Stu’s shock, Eliza then reveals that she’d like to move to Germany with him – what will Dom respond?
This remains to be seen in greater detail but, in other scenes, Eliza practises her German, determined that one day she’ll go and live with Dom and Stu reaches a decision.
Stu admits to Dom that he’s been entirely selfish and suggests that Eliza has two weeks with him in Germany at Easter as a trial run with a view to moving there permanently.
But will he keep his word?

Actress Savannah Kunyo gave Corrie fans a fright when she posted a series of snaps alongside her soap co-stars.
“Such a special night”, she captioned, “my Corrie friends will always hold a place in my heart.”
Many viewers of the Manchester-based program swarmed over to the comment section, understanding that Savannah could be leaving the Street.
But how will Eliza’s last storyline play out?
Will she really move to Germany?
