CURTICE, Ohio — An Oregon woman was killed Tuesday morning when her vehicle crossed the centerline on State Rt. 579 in rural Ottawa County and collided with an oncoming vehicle and was then struck by a following vehicle, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
