FORECAST DISCUSSION:

St. Patrick's Day will bring a mix of clouds and sun, but more notable the cooler temperatures. Highs will only reach the upper 40s later this afternoon. Winds will still be fairly breezy gusting at times to 25 mph. No rain is expected for any outdoor activities for the holiday or otherwise.

Skies will become mostly clearly overnight, but temperatures are expected to drop all the way to the upper 20s. Winds will stay a little breezy as well taking wind chills close to the teens when we wake up on Monday morning.

The start of the work week will bring well below normal temperatures, moving from the 20s in the morning to just the 30s by the afternoon. We are tracking a few lake enhanced snow flurries, mainly by the afternoon. Some of these snow flurries will be warm enough to turn into a wintry mix. No accumulation is expected.

The rest of the week will feel like spring as the new season starts this Tuesday night. Seasonal temperatures return by Wednesday. We will stay mainly quiet outside of a few rain shower chances we are tracking towards the end of the work week.
