My favorite cord-organizing hack is perfect for small spaces like my apartment – it makes everything easier to find
A DECLUTTERING guru has revealed the hack she swears by for keeping her small space free from chaos.
She showed how the hack made it easy to find cables and gadgets that would otherwise easily get misplaced in her home.
Taylor (@taydayze) is steadily growing a following on TikTok, where she shares home inspiration.
Her most-watched videos have focused on maximizing the space around her desk in her home office.
She racked up almost 62,000 views as she shared an accessory that she uses to store small items.
“My favorite cord organization hack,” read the text over the screen.
She pulled a clear box from underneath a cabinet with multiple smaller boxes inside.
“Photo/craft storage to keep your cords organized and easy to find,” the text continued.
“Once you get it set up, it’s surprisingly easy to upkeep this system.
“Added labels to make it even easier to find what I need.”
Taylor lifted one of the small boxes to reveal that it contained USB cables that had been neatly coiled together.
She easily put it back into the box without disrupting the organization of the other items.
“I used cable ties to keep it tidy/prevent tangles,” she said.
“And also try to keep the minimum for what I need – no more mystery cord box.
“Love how it’s easy to store away/ keep out of sight.
“Perfect for small spaces (aka my apartment lol).”
A similar craft storage case can be found on Amazon’s IRIS store for $31.50.
The multi-purpose organizer is described as “perfect” for organizing photographs, small accessories, and office supplies.
Customers have given it a whopping 4.7-star rating after being amazed by how convenient it is to use.
A pack of cable ties is just $6 on Amazon.
