And they have now been punished for it as Antony comes off the bench to equalise in the 89th minute.

McTominay cuts out Van Dijk’s clearance and plays Garnacho out wide. The Argentinean takes a shot but slips, as the ball rolls out to Antony. The Brazilian despite being surrounded by three Liverpool players, he smartly turns around and fires past Kelleher.
