Man killed, woman injured in Marion County rollover crash: deputies

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A rollover crash left a man dead and a woman injured in Marion County early Saturday morning, authorities say.

Just after midnight, emergency crews along with deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of the crash at the 11000 Block of Broadacres Road just outside of Hubbard.

Crews and deputies arrived on scene to find blue Subaru Impreza crashed upside down, officials say.

The driver of the Subaru, identified by police as 20-year-old Lesley Sloan, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The passenger, identified as 21-year-old Caleb Chaney, did not survive the crash.

Investigators from the Marion County CRASH team were called out to the scene to investigate.

The cause of the crash has not been released at this time.
