An update on safety measures across NYC

NEW YORK (PIX11) - While there have been plenty of recent incidents in the subway and across New York City, the numbers say crime is trending downward. NYPD Chief of Transit Michael Kemper and NYPD Chief of Crime Control Strategies Michael Lipetri joined PIX11 to discuss recent shootings in New York City and preventing crimes on the subway.
