Twenty-Five Downtown Realty raised Rs 250 cr from Oaktree

It raised the money amid an ongoing dispute with DLF and Shapoorji group, which alleged that a Hubtown-linked entity connived with Omkara ARC and PNB Housing Finance to gain control over a company that has land assets valuing Rs 10,000 crore.
