Chennai: Virat Kohli seemed to be in a jovial mood on his return to cricket after two months. Kohli, who was playing the IPL 2024 opener in Chennai against CSK, was seen hilariously bullying Deepak Chahar. The incident took place when RCB were batting and Kohli was in the middle with Chahar bowling. Kohli hit the ball and took off for a run and found Chahar on his way. To that, Kohli tried to nudge Chahar cheekily. It was a heartwarming moment between the two cricketers that is now winning the internet. Check the clip:

Meanwhile, Ruturaj Gaikwad started his captaincy stint with a win as CSK defeated RCB by six wickets in the IPL 2024 opener on Friday at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Bating first, RCB rode on knocks from Faf du Plessis, Anuj Rawat and Dinesh Karthik to put 173/6 in 20 overs. For CSK, Mustafizur Rahman took four wickets.

In reply, CSK started brilliantly with both Gaikwad and Rachin Ravindra taking the game away from the opposition. Although RCB pulled the game back with few wickets, but it was Shivam Dube who finished the game with a six and four.
