One dead in single-car crash in Niskayuna

NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Niskayuna Police Department has said that it responded to the area across from Balltown Road and Schwaber Drive after receiving reports of a single-car crash into a field on Friday at around 6:36 a.m. The driver, identified as Jesus Torres, 19, of Rexford, was transported to Ellis Hospital where he tragically succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
