I bought a $50 Le Creuset mystery box – people say it’s ‘the most fully loaded’ they’ve seen and they’re ‘so jealous’
ONE lucky shopper received such an extravagantly filled Le Creuset mystery box that it seemed to be nothing short of magic.
Whether sorcery was involved or not, the high-end kitchenware line had certainly cooked up a surprise for her.
As she slowly began unpacking everything from the $50 box, Ayeanna (@ayeannnna) was in total shock over the never-ending pieces she kept pulling out.
Two mugs and a stock pot in a blue-green colored hue seemed to be just the beginning as she continued digging for even more of her deeply discounted kitchen products.
A third mug, Dutch oven, and casserole dish were also tucked inside the box.
Of course, no real set would be complete without a pan – but not to worry – she received one of those as well.
It seemed it was worth taking a risk on the mystery box as the retail price for everything would have come to almost $900.
She simply couldn’t believe what a “good deal” she had gotten.
And neither could her flabbergasted fans.
“What a score! This is the most fully loaded mystery box I’ve seen,” said one follower.
“That color is gorgeous. So jealous!” said another viewer.
“The amount of envy I have coursing through my body right,” said a third watcher.
A Dutch oven from Le Creuset ranges in price from $260 to $625, depending on size.
Crafted from enameled cast iron, the item is described as being ideal for slow cooking, as well as roasting, baking, braising, and even frying.
The cooking item also offers superior heat distribution and retention and is durable enough to resist dulling, staining, chipping, and cracking.
The light-colored and smooth interior even allows for easy monitoring of the cooking progress while the tight-fitting lids are designed to circulate steam.
This means that moisture is returned back to the food.
The oven – which is compatible with all cooktops and is oven-safe for up to 500 degrees – also offers ergonomic knobs and handles which make for easy lifting.
