Fubara leader of PDP in Rivers, says Secondus

A former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus, has said Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State is the leader of the party in the state and should control the party’s structure 100 per cent. Secondus stated this while addressing party members in his remarks after a meeting of former members of the
