Israeli airstrikes targeting Hezbollah in northern Syria kill 36 government troops, say monitors

Israeli airstrikes targeting Hezbollah assets in and around the northern Syrian city of Aleppo in the early hours of Friday killed at least 36 government troops, a human rights group with people on the ground said.
