A PROFESSIONAL woman who aims to be “hot, smart, and rich” has chosen a super-cheap skincare routine.

She swears by her magic under-eye regimen that makes her look five years younger.

She has ignored the advice of makeup artists to choose other creams.

This product works for her and, like everything else in her skincare armory, is super-affordable.

None of the items in Maggie Sellers’ (@maggiesellers_) routine costs more than $15, and that’s just how she likes it.

But only try it out, she said, “if you want to look five years younger.”

“My routine I swear by as a 31-year-old before I do any event makeup so you don’t get makeup trapped in your creases,” she said in her post.

This should be your makeup of choice, she said, if you want to “look youthful and flawless.”

“Trust me when I say it works. There is not one product over $15,” she said.

She broke her routine into several easy-to-follow steps.

STEP 1:

She starts with what she described as her “pre-work.”

Fifteen minutes before makeup application, she puts on her eye mask.

She uses the Wander Beauty Baggage Claim eye masks, $26.

But she has another tip: make sure you drink plenty of water.

“[It will help you] stay hydrated throughout the day,” she wrote.

STEP 2:

While the eye masks are still in position, she massages her cream in.

“I just put on the simplest cream, from the pharmacy,” she said.

She used Vanicream, $13.

Should you apply vitamin C to your skin?

Topical Vitamin C has several benefits for skin including hydrating, reducing redness, and hyperpigmentation.

According to Healthline, it may also help to promote collagen production and reduce the appearance of sun damage.

Research shows that it is safe for most skin types but may cause irritation in concentrations above 20%.

Experts recommend doing a patch test on a small skin area and waiting 24 hours to see if there are side effects before applying it to your face.

Discontinue topical use of vitamin C if you experience rashes, redness, or hives.

STEP 3:

Next, she uses a gua sha stone on her face and neck. Your neck might go red, she warned, but it would be “so worth it.”

“It will completely transform your face. But only if you do it every single day,” she said.

STEP 4:

She was breathless about the final part of her routine.

“This is the holy grail of the entire video,” she said.

She was referring, of course, to her pot of Vaseline.

Vaseline is life-changing.

“This is probably the cheapest eye cream you will buy. Does it work? Abso-freaking-lutely,” she wrote.

She slathers it over her eyes, then wipes off the excess.

“I will no longer have a makeup artist take it off me for an eye cream,” she said.

“Time to get hot, smart, and rich,” she said.

Commenters loved her beauty tips.

“Vaseline under the eyes is the reason I don’t have eye wrinkles at 35. The best tip,” wrote one fan.

“These eye patches are my life. Only ones that don’t irritate my skin too,” said another person.

“No gatekeeping here,” added a third person.
