Kate Middleton’s Kids Are Helping Her in a Way They Definitely Learned From Her Amid Cancer Battle
After Catherine, Princess of Wales, also known as Kate Middleton, announced her cancer diagnosis, many royal fans have been waiting for an update. Now, the Princess of Wales specifically asked the public for privacy time for her, Prince William, and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis; so don’t expect any big updates about their family or her health anytime soon.
However, family friends have told outlets how they’re doing at Amner Hall during their family getaway; and how the three Wales children have been helping their mom amid her preventative chemotherapy. A longtime family friend told People that William and Kate’s children are so supportive of their mom amid her health crisis (and we’re sure she’s so proud of how they’re doing it)!
“You take heart from the extraordinary resilience of children,” they said, adding that the kids “buoy them with smiles back. Having fun together when they can is very important. The children are at the center of their world.”
Now, this isn’t super shocking when you remember what insiders said a few months prior. Insiders told UsMagazine that when Kate arrived back from the hospital after her abdominal surgery, the three kiddos “all made her some ‘get well soon’ cards along with some of her favorite snacks.”
The little gifts, making people smile, and being resilient? They’re definitely Kate’s kids.
For those who don’t know, William and Kate have been together on and off since 2003. They married in 2011, and have since welcomed three children named George, 10, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5.
