Marlins acquire INF Emmanuel Rivera from D-backs

The Marlins designated infielder Jacob Amaya for assignment to open a spot on the 40-man roster.

Rivera, 27, was designated for assignment by Arizona before the start of the season. He batted .261 with four homers and 29 RBI
