Connecticut allows early voting in person after years of debate
HARTFORD, Connecticut: After almost every other U.S. state offered voters the option, Connecticut has allowed its residents to cast ballots early in person for the first time ahead of the state's presidential primary elections.
After Connecticut's decision, only four states - Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, and New Hampshire - still do not allow early, in-person voting.
