Before assuming the role of CEO, Abhishek Chakraborty led the firm as executive director for 15 years. He also played a role in establishing a strategic partnership between DTDC and Geopost (owned by La Poste). He also spearheaded the DTDC and Amarex partnership. He has also been responsible for introducing initiatives such as the MyDTDC app and DTDCShipAssure, the company’s money-back guarantee service.
