‘Survivor 46’ sneak peek video: Venus on fire because someone (she thinks Soda) voted for her [WATCH]

0

In this week’s “Survivor 46” sneak peek video (watch above), the newly merged tribe of 12 castaways returns to camp after the elimination of Moriah Gaynor. Viewers know that the final vote was 10-to-1 between Moriah and Venus Vafa, and that Charlie Davis was the person who cast the sole vote for the latter … but Venus is still in the dark about who wrote down her name. She even goes so far as to accuse her old Nami nemesis Soda Thompson of doing the deed — yikes!

It’s Night 13 at the Nuinui beach and the castaways are reflecting on the “bad” and “intense” experience they just had at tribal council. Venus then takes center stage in the preview clip as she tells the audience, “My first tribal was mind-blowing. Seeing my name written down on a piece of parchment as the very first vote was just terrible.”

The 24-year-old data analyst from Toronto adds, “But the fact that there was just only one vote with my name, and the rest was straight Mo, I automatically knew that Soda wrote my name down, because that’s the only thing that could possibly make sense.”

Venus directly asks Soda who wrote her name down and Soda responds, “Probably Mo. I don’t know, but it wasn’t me … you’re gonna have to figure it out.” Clearly Soda is forgetting the fact that Moriah used her Shot in the Dark, which means she didn’t get a vote. An important technicality.

Venus doubles down on her Soda accusation by claiming, “There’s no other person I can point to.” Does that mean Charlie will get off scot-free for writing “Venus” on the parchment? Remember, Venus threw out his name last week, so Charlie likely voted for her as a safety vote in the event that Moriah’s Shot in the Dark worked out.

The trailer wraps up with Venus explaining to the camera more about where she stands with Soda. “Our relationship has been a question mark for a while now,” she declares. “I really wish I could have worked with her. But I’m also not stupid.” Find out how it all plays out when “Episode Several” airs Wednesday, April 10 on CBS.
