Tottenham have confirmed that a date and time for their postponed fixture at home to Manchester City has finally been revealed – Tuesday, May 14 at 8 pm.

The date and time of Tottenham’s fixtures against Arsenal and Liverpool were confirmed a week ago, with the Lilywhites set to host the Gunners on April 28 before making a trip to Anfield on May 5.

However, Spurs were left waiting for a new date for their clash against Man City to be announced. The reigning Premier League champions were originally scheduled to travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 20 but that had to be postponed after they made it to the FA Cup semifinals.

Tottenham vs Manchester City finally has an official date, with Ange Postecoglou and Pep Guardiola going head-to-head on May 14. That means the reigning Premier League champions will be Tottenham’s penultimate game of the campaign, nestled between Burnley at home and Sheffield United away.

This is a decent date for the Tottenham fixture as it at least doesn’t add to the horrid run of games after Newcastle, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea. Who knows what Tottenham and Man City will be fighting for come the penultimate game of the season?
