Establish Commission to regulate all public scholarships - Kofi Asare to Government

The Africa Education Watch (Eduwatch) has urged the Government to, through an act of Parliament, establish a Scholarships Commission to regulate the management of all public scholarships, including public-corporate scholarship schemes.
