BJP media cell head Anil Baluni is away in Uttarakhand where he is contesting from the Pauri Garhwal seat. Most of the leaders who wanted to hop on to BJP bandwagon have done so, though a few more are said to be in the pipeline. This is just the lull before the buzz returns again, claim insiders.
