SCSO: Man charged with manslaughter

MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested Ronald Rayher, 69, of Milton, on Tuesday. Rayher was charged with second-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence.

The sheriff's office says that it received a report of a possible death at a house on Middle Line Road in Milton, prompting an investigation that found that Rayher allegedly caused the death of Thomas Krider on April 5. Krider, also known as TJ Greene, was reported missing on April 6 in Ticonderoga.

It is also alleged that Rayher tampered with and suppressed evidence after the incident. He was arraigned in the Milton Town Court and placed in the custody of the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail, bond, or partially secured bond.
