Upcoming Rosendale Bridge closure announced

ROSENDALE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Ulster County officials announced the upcoming closure of the Rosendale Bridge at the intersection of NY-213 and Keator Avenue in Rosendale. The roadway will be closed starting on April 15.

The closure will be in place to allow crews to work on vital substructure repairs. Construction is expected to be completed in July.

Drivers are encouraged to utilize the established detour for the duration of the closure. The detour will run from NY-213 east for 0.6 miles, to NY-32 south for 1.3 miles, to Tillson Road west for 0.3 miles, to Elting Road north for 1.1 miles to Keator Avenue.
