Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched BJP manifesto 'Sankalp Patra' which has the imprint of 'Modi Ki Guarantee'. Refraining from announcing any new sops, he reiterated the party's commitment on 'one nation, one election' and uniform civil code, but skipped any mention of the National Register for Citizens (NRC).
