Report: Tottenham player is now prioritising a return to his former club
Vamos Mi Sevilla have claimed that Bryan Gil is in favour of returning to Sevilla this summer and that the La Liga club are hoping to sign the Tottenham man for a cut-price fee.
Gil has struggled for game time at Tottenham this season and over the last few days, several reports have talked up the chances of the winger sealing a permanent exit from Hotspur Way this summer.
A few days ago, Fabrizio Romano explained that Gil turned down the chance to leave Spurs on loan in January and that his stance has not changed since then, with the player only open to a permanent switch.
The journalist asserted that the Spain international would only make the jump if he felt a certain project would be the right fit for him.
Sevilla are keen on signing Bryan Gil
Vamos Mi Sevilla have now suggested that the Tottenham man is looking for an exit from North London and that a return to Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium is one of his priorities.
The report claims that Sevilla would be over the moon to re-sign their academy graduate, having been pleased with the performances he produced on loan last season.
However, the publication adds that the Andalusian side would not be able to spend big on Gil and are hoping to conclude a deal for around €6m (£5.1m).

While Gil’s value would have come down as a result of him having barely played any football this season, Tottenham may still not settle for just £5m as the youngster has proven himself out on loan during the last two seasons.
The Lilywhites will be hoping that a few Spanish sides show interest in the winger and that a bidding war would push the player’s price to around £10m.
