MANILA, Philippines — The ridge of a high-pressure area (HPA) is seen to bring warmer weather to parts of North and Central Luzon’s eastern portion on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), HPA diminishes the possibility of rainfall as it causes higher maximum temperatures.
