A Navi Mumbai resident's investment venture turns into a nightmare as cyber criminals lure him into share trading, resulting in a staggering loss of Rs 45.69 lakh. The cyber police have initiated legal action against five individuals under relevant sections of the law. The charges include "cheating" under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and "criminal breach of trust" under Section 406, among others.
