State police continue search for man missing out of Poughkeepsie
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police are continuing their search for Nicolas Faust, 43, formerly of Marlborough and Peekskill, who was reported missing by his family. Faust was last seen by friends on March 24 around 2 a.m. near Mill Street in Poughkeepsie.
Police say Faust is approximately 5'9" tall, weighs about 175 pounds and has brown hair and brownish-hazel eyes. According to his family, Faust has multiple tattoos on his torso and arms, was reportedly last seen wearing cargo pants and a sweater, and is missing parts of his ring and pinky fingers on his right hand.
Faust's family also says that Nicolas is a sergeant in the National Guard. Anyone with information on his whereabouts or that has access to surveillance footage near Mill Street is asked to contact state police at (845)677-7300 and reference case number 11870801.
