A total of 1,625 candidates are in the fray, covering seats in 21 states and Union territories. Assembly elections in Arunachal (60 seats) and Sikkim (32) will also be held on the same day. While results for the two legislatures will be out on June 2, Lok Sabha results will be declared on June 4.
