After low voter turnout in the first phase, the second phase of polling in 88 seats across 12 states and J&K has become crucial for all leading political parties. BJP, which won 53 out of these 88 seats in 2019, is trying to hold on to the number, while Congress is putting up a challenge in states like Karnataka.
