Zero-emission vehicle rebate program to be announced

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Thursday, at 10:30 a.m., state and local officials plan to announce a new milestone in the Climate Smart Communities Program. Also, new funding opportunities to help local municipalities transition to electric transportation and continual progress toward the state's greenhouse gas emission reduction targets.

The event will look at local governments mitigating and adapting to climate change.
