The alert, for April 27 and 28, comes after extreme heat was observed in recent days. Authorities are advising caution, warning of sunburn, heatstroke, and dehydration. They recommend staying indoors during the day, carrying umbrellas, and staying hydrated. Public events are advised to be postponed to the evening.
