Islamic State claims responsibility for attack on mosque in Afghanistan -Group's telegram channel

Islamic State claimed responsibility for an attack on Monday on a mosque in Western Herat province in Afghanistan, which killed at least five people, the group's Telegram channel said on Tuesday.
