Alabama mayor suspends police chief over school violence, 'Freaknik-style parties'

Selma, Ala., Mayor James Perkins Jr. has suspended Police Chief Kenta Fulford for a second time after he said officers failed to respond to school violence as "Freaknik-style street parties" raged outside headquarters.
