Landlord charged with harassment, child endangerment: officials

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- It has been a long journey for David Reeds, who has been living in what he describes as horrific conditions in two different buildings owned by Daniel Ob Shalom, the landlord indicted Wednesday on multiple charges.
