NYPD cop arrested, accused of strangulation: police
QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A NYPD officer was arrested while off-duty in Queens on Tuesday, according to officials.
Estarlin Rodriguez, 30, was charged with strangulation, menacing and harassment, according to police.
