Wednesday’s Brotherhood Playoff Action
Jayson Tatum and Boston are moving on and the Dallas Mavericks are getting close too
In Wednesday’s Brotherhood Playoff Action, Boston eliminated Miami 118-84 and Dallas went up 3-1 on the LA Clippers, 123-93.
Jayson Tatum had 16 points on 4-9 from the floor for Boston along with 12 rebounds and three assists. It wasn’t one of his bigger games but Derrick White and Jaylen Brown got 25 each. Good thing since Kristaps Porzyngis will be out for a while with a calf injury.
Meanwhile out in LA, Dallas moved past the Clippers despite a relatively quiet game from Kyrie Irving, who had just 14 points on 6-14 from the floor but provided spectacular plays and superb leadership.
Dereck Lively came off the bench again and scored 12 points on 5-5 shooting. He also had seven rebounds and a block.
For the Clips, Mason Plumlee had three points and five rebounds, with four of them offensive.
On Friday we’ll see if Paolo Banchero, Wendell Carter and the Orlando Magic can even the series with Cleveland.
