Bill would increase healthcare access for military families

Legislation introduced Thursday by U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) and U.S. Rep. Jen Kiggans (R., Virginia Beach, Va.) would ensure the “portability” of Medicaid benefits from one state to another for the children of active duty servicemen.
