Albany man charged with child sex abuse image possession
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- State police announced the arrest of Daniel Lusignan, 23, of Albany, in connection to a sex crime investigation. Lusignan was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.
According to police, Lusignan is accused of having images depicting the sexual exploitation of children. He was taken into custody after a search warrant was executed at his Albany home on May 1.
The investigation was conducted by the state police Troop G Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. Lusignan was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albany City Court on May 14 before being released.
