I purchased an automatic litter tray for my cats - is it worth the hefty £1k price tag?

Living with indoor cats can be hard, especially when it comes to making sure they have clean litter trays at all times. This is why I recently invested in a Litter-Robot, an automatic, self-cleaning litter box, but was it really worth the £1,000 price tag?
