She was dressed in a stunning baby pink top with short sleeves that appeared to be made of a shiny satin material.
Her blonde hair was styled into casual waves as she stunned in the v-neck ensemble.
The microphone as tucked into her cleavage area her waist was expertly synced by the matching skirt.
Viewers couldn’t help but take to social media as they praised the BBC Breakfast star for her ‘Old Hollywood Glamour” look.
One fan noted: “#BBCBreakfast Carol is looking very Jayne Mansfield this morning..”
A second viewer gushed: “Accidentally tuned into #BBCBreakfast this morning, Carol Kirkwood looks good doesn’t she!! #BBCBreakfast
“Loved seeing Lorraine Kelly and Strictly win at the @BAFTA last night. Even better waking up to a glamorous Carol Kirkwood this morning! Old Hollywood comes to mind. #BBCBreakfast,” exclaimed a third.
She also took to her own social media to give her fans even more detail on the upcoming weather.
“Today we have rain coming in from the southwest and moving slowly north and east.
Some of this will be heavy across SW Eng, S Wales and N Ireland (especially so on the hills).”
She added: “For northern, central and eastern areas, it will be mostly dry with some warm sunshine.”
However, one fan couldn’t help but respond to her update with a rather rude request for the TV personality.
They wrote: “You need to start a fans only page…hell yeah.”
This comes after a major hosting shakeup of the weather presenters on the long-running sofa show, which saw Carol out of action.
BBC meteorologist Simon King had been chosen to stand-in last Friday as the presenter took some much-needed time off.
He was broadcasting live from the Blue Peter garden in MediaCityUK, Salford just outside of the studios.
Simon, who is also a former RAF officer, has worked for the Beeb since 2008 but does not often gets a chance to shine on BBC Breakfast.
Instead, he provides the regular weather updates on BBC Radio 5 Live‘s breakfast programme.
