DOJ says it will seek tougher penalties for election interference, threats

The U.S. will seek tougher sentences for those who threaten, intimidate election workers or utilize artificial intelligence to manipulate or influence voters, Deputy Attorney GeneAG Lisa Monaco said Monday.
