Bayern Munich Enter Race For Tottenham Linked Albert Gudmundsson
Bayern Munich have joined the race for the signature of Tottenham Hotspur target Albert Gudmundsson ahead of the summer transfer window.
Gudmundsson is likely to move on from Genoa in the summer with several clubs believed to be interested in signing him.
Tottenham have long been tracking him with a view to taking him to the Premier League but there is Serie A interest in him.
Inter are pushing to sign him and the forward would prefer a move to the Italian champions, but he is now a target for one of the biggest clubs in Europe as well.
According to Italian daily La Repubblica (via Calciomercato.com), Bayern Munich have set their sights on Gudmundsson ahead of the summer.
With Thomas Tuchel expected to remain their manager, the German giants are looking to rebuild their squad after a trophyless season.
They want to add to their attack and Gudmundsson has emerged as a target for the club.
However, they would still have to convince the player as he is believed to be keen on staying in Serie A.
