Professional golfer Scottie Scheffler was briefly detained and charged after an incident with a traffic officer outside of a PGA Tour event in Louisville, Ky. Scheffler was booked on charges of second-degree assault of a police officer, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, and disregarding signals from officers directing traffic.
