I was talking to the missis about this the other day and found it hard to answer. Some decisions just take you in a certain direction and things might have worked out equally well, albeit differently, if you'd gone down another route. But it was tricky to pinpoint a moment when I though THAT was a giant effing bad choice.
So what decision did you make that was definitely, in hindsight, totally and utterly wrong?
